The controller of your personal data is ⚠️ company name, address, registration number (once the company is registered).

For questions about your data, email us at ⚠️ email address for data protection.

Contact form: your name, email address, message and anything you add optionally (company, project type, approximate budget, existing website). If you email us, we process the data in your email.

Security: when you send the form, we briefly use your IP address to limit the number of messages from one address and to prevent spam. It stays only in the server’s working memory for at most 10 minutes and is not stored.

Our hosting provider automatically records technical data on every visit (such as IP address, time and the page visited) in server logs. ⚠️ Check how long Vercel keeps these logs on our plan.

We use the data from the form or your email only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The brief use of your IP address and the server logs keep the site secure and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We need the required form fields to be able to reply. Without them we cannot process your message.

Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the website and processes the form message before sending it by email.

⚠️ Hostinger (Lithuania, EU) provides our mailbox, where your message arrives (once the mailbox is set up).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Vercel is a US company, so data may be transferred to the USA. ⚠️ Check and state the basis for the transfer (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

⚠️ Retention period for form messages and emails (for example up to 2 years after the last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a contract).

We use no cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own site, so no data is sent to font providers when you visit.

If you choose the light or dark theme, your browser remembers the choice in local storage on your device. It stays with you and your browser does not send it to us.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights, email us at the address above.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
